Dues and Insurance

All homeowners pay dues of $230.00 a month. Dues cover water and sewer fees, maintenance of the common area (including snow removal on the sidewalks to 2 inches and plowing of the alleys over 3 inches), pool and pool maintenance, weekly trash pickup, street repairs, association bookkeeping, and the monthly newsletter.

Homeowners must insure their units, including the exterior as well as the interior as if they were free-standing, single-family homes. There is no "master policy" for the complex. Quincy Hill does have insurance coverage of all Common Areas, Pool and Clubhouse see proof of insurance policy under 'Cert. Ins. -2024-2025 ..' available below.
